Twice or thrice a week, I will have raw organic alfalfa sprouts for lunch. I will pair the alfalfa sprouts / alfalfa + broccoli sprouts / alfalfa + onion sprouts with a variety of ingredients, condiments, fruits, seeds, nuts, egg and veggies.
This was my alfalfa sprouts salad for lunch yesterday…
Organic alfalfa + broccoli sprouts with organic cherry tomatoes, cherries, fried Sunny Side Up, Taiwanese crunchy meat floss, Kobe beef jerky (MIL bought from Japan) and a few shakes of Japanese flavored seaweed (mum bought from Japan). I did not use any salad sauce as the condiments were flavor intense, thus my salad was really very flavorful and refreshing! And so filling too, though it’s very low in carbo 😀
