That is my lunch today. Sugar-free peanut butter and sugar-free black sesame paste (my mil bought from Hong Kong) on toasted organic bread.
That’s Adventist 3-seeds and grains bread. Since i’ve been quite busy lately and didnt have time to make bread, I bought organic bread instead. The bread is 100% flour-free and is made from sprouted wheat, grains and seeds. Suitable for diabetic and dieters. Not that suitable for toddlers though as it’s quite hard to chew.
I’m a 50+ mum of three grown daughters, now back in my beautiful hometown of Ipoh and slowly rebuilding a quieter, gentler life. After years between Ipoh and KL, I’ve returned to my roots to spend time with my parents in their 80s, my soul-healing cat, and the simple things that matter most. I blog and vlog about family life, home cooking, Ipoh food finds, and everyday moments that make this season of life meaningful.
I do product reviews and accept sponsored posts on my blogs.
I hope you'll enjoy reading my blog as much as I enjoy sharing my day-to-day adventures and mostly boring ranting :P
Thanks for being here. 💛

Mom to chumsy… u can get the adventist bread from organic shops and Jaya Jusco too. Hey, there are smaller jars of Steffi’s sugar-free peanut butter. Try Giant, Careffour or Jusco.
