Vegetarian food is my latest crave now and these are my favorites now :
Fried tofu blocks, stir-fried ‘foo choke’ (tofu skin) with ‘nam yue’ (fermented tofu…. yes yes, the entire dish is tofu based) and vegetarian meat balls. The vegetarian meat balls taste sooooo damn good. They are made from the stumps of black mushrooms and golden needle mushrooms with soya bean flour. I’m craving these almost every morning…. which I think is not too bad as they are rich in protein and calcium.
