I am sooooooo darn pissed off with Telekom. After 4 looooooooong, agonizing days of without internet connection, my Streamyx is still NOT up yet…. thanks to our efficient Telekom. For the last 4 days, I have been calling Telekom every 3 hours to check on the status of my case and each time I called, I got the same answer. I tell you, I am just so pissed off with them.
Anyway, long story cut short coz I am running out of time as I am stealing 2 hours to work at my hubby’s office now….. with Baby C with me now.

tell me about it….i experienced worst case. my Internet were down for almost 2 weeks. i have to call telekom everyday to ask about my case and each time i get the same answer for 1 week. i’m so pissed off that i tried all ways to get my problem solve, finally i wrote to the technical manager and the secretary replied. the next day, the supervisor of some dept called me and my problem solved the next day. and day after, the supervisor called to check and make sure everything is working fine. see…that’s the way one should get things done….how EFFICIENT !!!
