My breakfast for the past 2 days… Day 1 – homemade banana cupcake – made with almond flour, wholewheat flour, cake flour and reduced sugar (organic fine raw sugar).  A slice of crispy sprouted wheat toast with homemade nutty jam (almonds, walnuts, macadamia nuts and olive oil) and palm sugar (Gula Melaka) syrup.   Day…
