My Daily 10K Steps

Health experts often recommend aiming for 10,000 steps a day to stay healthy and support longevity. I clock up at least 10K steps most days since I got my first smart watch (a Fitbit) 8 years ago. Not too shabby for a soon-to-be 54-year-old auntie, eh? ๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป

But lately, the haze has been so bad that I’ve had to skip my usual evening brisk walks. Instead, I stay indoors to do my dumbbell exercises and dance along to K-pop dance videos on YouTube. Got to improvise when the weather doesn’t cooperate! ๐Ÿ˜‚

On days when I have Zumba, I clock up at least 13K steps! Not bad, right? It’s technically dancing, but my legs are moving non-stop for a whole hour. Who says exercise has to be boring? ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿป๐Ÿ”ฅ
