This is what I would normally do when #3 turns crabby when she’s up from her afternoon nap and #1 doesn’t want to get up from her nap: I’ll carry #3 to her jie jie’s bed and the reaction is almost magical. I would see smiles and hear giggling instantly.  No fussing, no fretting, no temper…
