That’s how my rascal #3 prefers to eat her sandwich…
By eating it layer by layer, as if she was eating a 9-layer kuih. First she nibbles on the top piece of bread, then the piece of fried egg, the last piece of bread and she always saves the best for last… the piece of not-so-healthy but non-salty turkey ham.
MIL’s homemade low-sugar chocolate cake for dessert, yums!
Saving the best for last and crafting the piece of goodie too… and then she told me cheekily “mummy, see GHOST!” Muahahahahahaha!!
Does her piece of turkey ham look like a GHOST? LOL!
I’m a 50+ mum of three grown daughters, now back in my beautiful hometown of Ipoh and slowly rebuilding a quieter, gentler life. After years between Ipoh and KL, I’ve returned to my roots to spend time with my parents in their 80s, my soul-healing cat, and the simple things that matter most. I blog and vlog about family life, home cooking, Ipoh food finds, and everyday moments that make this season of life meaningful.
I do product reviews and accept sponsored posts on my blogs.
I hope you'll enjoy reading my blog as much as I enjoy sharing my day-to-day adventures and mostly boring ranting :P
Thanks for being here. 💛

haha new way of eating her sandwich. Dear Cassandra, eating the sandwich in one bite taste better 🙂
Somehow kids like to eat like that huh. Imagine eating a sausage bun — eat the bun 1st, then slowly savour the sausage. 😀 Ooooh, that turkey ham looks like a masque. hehe
