Baking bread with a breadmaker has been part of our home for decades. Today’s loaf is a healthy multiseeded almond bread — low carb, high protein, and full of texture.

Here’s the recipe:
1 cup water + 2 Tbs apple cider vinegar
1 cup high protein flour
1 cup wholemeal flour
1 cup almond flour
1 cup mixed seeds (walnut, flax/sesame/melon/sunflower seeds)
3 Tbsp oil
3 Tbsp milk powder
3 Tbsp brown sugar
2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon yeast
