FollowI was up at 5:45 a.m. this morning to supervise my new temp Indon maid. She is definitely more efficient and thorough than the Cambodian maid. She moves around and works very swiftly too. Well, I hope she will continue to be this good and not just out to impress me for a few days. One thing I don’t like about her is that she does not put on a smiley face and appears to be so engrossed in her work all the time that even when I call her or ask her to do things, she will not answer. It’s only when I look at her direct into her eyes when I talk to her that she will answer me. Anyway, I can’t expect her to be perfect…. I can’t expect a maid to be 100% perfect without any flaws. So long as she can remember things and complete her chores, I will be very pleased. I can’t expect her to be a super polite and super efficient maid. One would need to be really lucky to have such a species of maid.
